GALLUP — They’re back!
An ongoing issue between some Coal Avenue business owners and the Federal Bureau of Investigation over on-street parking, that appeared to have settled down, flared up again last week when a business owner called the Independent to complain that sport utility vehicles driven by personnel at the adjacent FBI office had been parked in front of his business much of the morning.
